CANDIDATE WILL ONLY BE INTERVIEWED IF THEY MEET THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Should have experience working in a hospital setting or an environment where you have answered 100 plus calls a day
- Good speaking voice because you’ll be using the paging system to make announcements
- Some reporting experience to update log sheets and monthly schedules
- Experience with not only answering calls, but transferring and connecting calls (throughout the hospital but across multiple hospitals and clinics)
- Bilingual/Spanish would be a great plus
- Need applicants with the desire to work as a call center operator and be able to work in a very busy environment.
